No insurance? No problem!
We want patients to have access to the care and service they need – regardless of their insurance status. In addition to à la carte services, we offer the Annual Care Plan, and our financial coordinator is dedicated to helping maximize your care while minimizing your out-of-pocket expenses.
Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement.
As a courtesy to our patients, we accept indemnity and many PPO insurance plans. For those without dental insurance, our Annual Care Plan may benefit you. Our staff is happy to submit dental claims on behalf of our patients. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. Per patients’ request, we can submit a pre-authorization for treatment to better understand your covered and out-of-pocket expenses.
